» » Ranking System _______________________________________________________________ This thread summarizes the ranking system for Summit. It is important that members read this thread fully to understand what they need to do if they are interested in earning a higher rank. Members must not ask for rank promotions Admins and leaders will decide when or whether its necessary to promote an individual. If you feel your efforts or contribution to the clan are being ignored, you are welcome to chat to leaders about it. :) Upon entry to Summit, you will be given recruit rank. This will be your rank for 7 days until you have completed the probation period of 1 week and obtained at least 5M xp. After this period, you will be ranked to corporal, this means you are now a full member and can help collect resources at the citadel. Note: New members can be promoted straight to corporal if they register on Summit's Off-site forums The systems to earn higher ranks than corporal are explained below. Achieving just one of the requirements for a rank may not earn you a promotion, although you may not need to meet all the stated requirements, it will increase your chance of a promotion if do meet several criteria’s.

Admin+ Ranks Ranks higher than admin will be given after an individual has shown exceptional commitment and dedication to the clan, always does what they can to make others happy and keep the chat in order. Active frequently, event hosts and has been a long time member will increase changes. Below is an outline of each role in question: » Admins: Admins should also make sure the clan avatar is out when it can be, on the homeworld. » Organisers: The organiser rank runs parallel to admin, but has different roles. The organiser is responsible for planning and undertaking events within the clan, in addition to ensuring all clan members feel included and welcomed. Organisers should aim to host between them several events per week. Organisers can also make sure the clan avatar is out when it should be, on the homeworld.
» Co-ordinators: Ensures Organisers and Admins are content and aware of their responsibilities, ensures the forums are well-maintained and ensures the clan itself runs smoothly. In essence, a co-ordinator will act as an administrator of Admins/Organisers, and be responsible for the owners. Coordinating is a big responsibility and will likely be given to admins/organisers who have proven themselves. » Overseer: The overseer rank works closely with the owners, to ensure fair decisions are made and clan members and leaders are happy with operation within the clan. Overseers can carry the job of lower ranks, with recruitment, event hosting etc. Leaders will only be promoted to overseer rank after long term serving as an admin+ and has proved themselves as an excellent leader. _______________________________________________________________ Thank you for reading, Any Questions regarding the ranking system, please contact an owner. ~ Summit Owners ~
