1.1 - Mission Statement RGx (Redefine Gaming) was formed in June 2015 by original founder (RGx Apathy) to be the best gaming community on RS3. Since the beginning, our mission has always been to provide a safe haven for other like-minded gamers regardless of race, gender, or religious beliefs. We believe in living and gaming with honor and integrity and our main goal is to provide a drama-free entertainment community for gamers, everywhere. ------Please join "Redefine Gaming" clan chat for a visit----- :)
1.2 - Code of Conduct In order to maintain the high standards of membership in RGx, all members MUST understand and abide by the following “Code of Conduct”. 1. All members must abide by the Jagex terms and conditions. 2. RGx does not condone harassment of any kind. This includes discrimination based on race, gender, age, religious affiliation, or any other personal interest or belief. Treat others as you want to be treated! The Golden Rule! 3. As a mature clan, we will allow swearing, only to the degree that it is not directed towards anyone specific or that it is persistent swearing all at once. There should not be any discussions about drugs, politics, religion, etc. 4. Sending a message more than 3 times in a row is considered spamming the chat. This makes reading the chat annoying and is not tolerated. Also, please engage in appropriate discussions in the clan chat to uphold a mature, friendly community. 5. To maintain a clean atmosphere in the clan chat, disputes between clan members are not to be talked about in the clan chat. If you have an issue with another member, please speak to a higher-up to resolve the dispute. 6. A RGx member never leaves a fellow RGx member behind in-game, or in any gaming situations. 7. Trust trades are done at both parties risk, however, we don’t encourage clan members to trust trade items or gp to each other for the risk of scamming. We also do not tolerate begging for items/gp. We support lending / gifting items as we want everyone to grow within the community. 8. Accepting a leadership position is a personal choice, therefore if you cannot handle the responsibility or don't have the amount of time needed to fulfill the needs of that rank, please don’t accept the position. Remember ranks are earned, never demanded. 9. RGx members are to take pride in their RGx experience, and are encouraged to change their display-name within 90 days but is not required.

Corporal (Two Bananas): Corporals are the basic rank for our general members. More active members will never stay at this rank for very long before being promoted to sergeant. Sergeant (Three Bananas): Sergeants are those individuals who are regularly active with us, who talk in the clan chat and help out whenever they can. This is to ensure that we remain a close-knit group as well as to fully represent the community for what is is. If you are one of those rare individuals who has a tendency to go above and beyond the call of duty, you will soon find yourself moving up to the rank of lieutenant. Lieutenant (Bronze Star): Lieutenants are those special individuals who take an active interest in the clan and just naturally take responsibility for things. If someone needs help, you are there. If someone needs advice, you offer it (or even look it up). You help our recruits to understand what is expected of them and supportively redirect them through Clan Chat and private message when that needs to be done. The Corporals and Sergeants honor your experience and turn to you when they need help or support. Helping to maintain that all important supportive, positive and pleasant environment for everyone will soon find you with the rank of captain.
1.3 - General Ranking Structure (Cont.) Captain (Silver Star): Our Captains are those members who take more than a passing interest in clan. They take initiative! As a Captain, you organize informal groups, you are the one who is always there for the members, no matter what. You work actively with our Recruits, Corporals and Sergeants doing all of the things you used to do as a Lieutenant, and more: You make a point of doing whatever you can to make the clan a great place to be. You take an active role in the management of the clan. You offer suggestions for the betterment of the clan that are well thought out and address needs within the clan that you have identified. You help to guide our journey. With time and experience, you will learn all that you need to in order to take on the top rank of General. General (Gold Star): As a General, you are the one who really runs the clan on a day-to-day basis. Together with the Owner, Deputy Owners and Administrative Team, the Generals make the decisions, direct the members, and keep everything running smoothly. You have continued to develop the skills you gained as a Captain and you may even slowly begin to specialize within the clan. Eventually, having proven yourself capable with your role and your specialization (or specializations) you may find yourself earning the additional responsibilities contained within the Administrative ranks.
1.4 - Administrative Ranking Structure Admin (Bronze Diamond): As a General, you found yourself naturally more interested in one element of the management of the clan, whether it was organizing events, running the citadel, taking care of the avatar, recruitment, skills training specialization or any of the other million and one jobs that are involved in running the clan. As an Administrator, you have been granted additional powers and responsibilities within the clan. You continue to work within the clan doing all the things you used to do, and now have the authority (and responsibility) to make decisions that affect the entire clan. As your responsibilities increase (and your administrative needs and powers grow with them) you may find yourself in need of the rank of organizer. Organizer (Silver Diamond): As a General, you found your niche! As an Administrator, you became more and more involved in the running of the clan and learned to exercise power effectively. You worked tirelessly for your special interest and worked hard to promote it within the clan. As an Organizer, you demonstrate over and over that you are one of the main keepers of the clan and that you will always use your rank and the additional powers and responsibilities it grants, for the betterment of the clan. You are the acknowledged expert in your field and everyone in clan naturally trusts your judgement. Over time, you may find yourself becoming the “go-to” person for things that aren’t strictly limited to your specialty. These new demands on you may require that you be given additional power in the clan in order to deal more effectively within it. You have found yourself in need of the rank of coordinator.
1.4 - Administrative Ranking Structure (Cont.) Coordinator (Gold Diamond Crest): You have been in the clan long enough that everyone knows you and trusts you. You are one of the first people the recruits get to know (how could they not, given how active you are?) You have at least one specialty (which you grew and developed with love and patience throughout your journey from General to Organizer) and now, because everyone knows your name, you find yourself being given more responsibility by the general membership. Intentionally or not, you have managed to become the go-to-person for any crisis, big or small. You’ve taken the time to get to know everyone and you can take all the individual elements of the clan membership into account when you deal with a problem. And as a Coordinator, you are expected to deal with those problems! It’s a huge responsibility but you thrive on it! The rank of Coordinator will give you all the necessary administrative powers to do whatever needs to be done. The Owner, the Deputy Owners and the Overseer all trust your judgement and your decisions.
1.5 - Key Ranking Structure Overseer (Bronze Key): You are one of the most important people involved in the keeping of the clan. You are the right hand to the Owner. As you worked your way up through the ranks, you gradually took on more and more responsibility and got more and more enjoyment out of it. You and the Owner work so well together that everyone considers you both interchangeable. The decision of one is the decision of the other. The heart of the clan is in your keeping and we all trust you with it implicitly. Deputy Owner (Silver Key): These are the Clan Founders. They have an unmeasured amount of respect for the community, and have proven themselves time and again as reliable, informative, and helpful. They work well together and support each other and the rest of the clan in any way they can. Owner (Gold Key): This is the Clan Owner. This individual has agreed to take on the responsibility of the ultimate running of the community and will work tirelessly toward the betterment of the clan. He is there to offer an ear and maybe a bit of advice (even if the question isn’t really game-related), he makes final decisions and tries to make sure everyone is well looked after.
1.6 - Open-Door Policy In keeping with RGx’s philosophy of open communications, all gamers and affiliates have the right and are encouraged to speak freely with leadership about any concerns. This includes but is not limited to harassment, discrimination or general community questions or concerns. We urge you to go directly to your clan leaders to discuss your game-related ideas, recommendations, concerns and other issues which are important to you. If, after talking with your leader, you feel the need for additional discussion, you are encouraged to speak with the Key Ranks. The most important relationship you will develop at RGx will be between you and your leaders.
