The Jovial Rovers is open to all members who either own a Quest Point cape or are seriously working towards one. We provide advice and expertise to questers and Quest Capers alike, although we do not consider ourselves entirely a "quest help clan". Basic requirements are to have at least 100 quest points and be seriously working towards the maximum, or to have a Quest Point cape already in tow. Multi-clanners are welcome as well, as long as they meet the previous requirements.
