IMO, January looks pretty decent, but then, it should be: Mining & smithing rework has been promised a very long time ago after all.

February is where the problems begin: another double exp weekend. The economy never gets to recover properly, when said weekends are held so often these days. It'd be much healthier for the game to outright cancel them for a long while, also for the sake of changing summoning from a "train only during dxp weekend" skill to a "train when you actually want to train it" skill.

Beyond those months, I think it's too early to talk about the other updates, since there's a good chance that some of them won't be delivered.

Sounds fairly solid to me. Maybe a surprise update in february wouldn't hurt, but it is a solid start. Giving some short commentary:

- M&S Rework: Long overdue, finally there. I am so glad we made it. And I am so happy for this sentence: 'But Smithing is the headline, as the levels required to smith gear now match the combat levels required to wear and wield them. Which is how it should have always been, really.' - I enjoyed the beta and loved it to contribute a few ideas - and I am so looking forward what might've changed. I just am hyped! Thank you :)
- Wolves: I am glad to see that event finally gets extended again, after it was the same since 2016. Also nice QoL stuff for people joining in a few days after the event started.
- Farm QoL Stuff: Always appreciated
- Elite Dungeon 3: Even though I'll just check out the story mode for now, I am looking forward to see it. Let's see what the other rewards will be.
- Chef's Assistant: Could be interesting - and making certain farm stuff more useful always is good.
- MTX / BXP-WE: Basically nothing unexpected
- Comp cape rework: I hope you'll use the chance to fix the mess it currently is. But I guess if the same team does it, which worked on the mining/smithing rework - I can almost only expect it ending up good.
- Firemaking stuff: Sounds good, let's see how it'll work out - the firelighter buff according to the design documents is awesome also in regard of treasure trails.
- PVM Week: A bit too vague to judge it, but I'd softly say it's a good idea
- End of BH: Good that you've seen it just was failed concept. Redistribution can end up good or bad - won't judge it for now.
- Permanent Easter Stuff: Highly preferably to something time-limited, good choice.
Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
Quick Fixes: Invention

Player-owned House contracts: build rooms for NPCs – This is a new Construction training method created by Mod Ryan, where you receive construction requests or ‘contracts’ from NPCs. You will then travel to the homes of those characters with your own resources, and you will try to satisfy the terms of the contract. These will be separated into easy, medium and hard tasks, with varying Construction XP rewards. You will also earn points by participating in the content, which will allow the purchase of rewards.

The mining and smithing rework is being brought out too quickly. It has not been properly thought through and I have noticed Jmods have little interest in hearing reviews that aren't praising their idea.

the following is a list of things that have not been properly considered:

The COMPLETE removal of bars/ores from PvM will severely decrease the profits made by most bossers (even when an alternative has been put in its place, these alternatives will not be as well bought/sold as their uses are less varied).

The ability to mine and then smith Tier 70-90 armours with little to no effort or combat required will severely devalue and decrease the effectiveness of existing armours dropped by high level bosses.

The ability to craft ALL these new weapons which are on the same tier par as existing ones such as Godswords, Dragon rider lance etc. which have to be fought and have a certain level of PvM skill to obtain will be devalued and become less used/desired by players, as a non-combat and no prowess required alternative will be 100x easier to obtain

Please think more about the PvM community before throwing us under a bus like this. We understand that new armours need to be made, and this skill is definitely long overdue for a redesign, BUT you are not taking enough time to consider the direct knock-on effects of these additions.

When we get that fabled construction rework obviously.
