I think it would be fun to have a max cape of skill mastery, so sparklies could be added to the max cape after obtaining all skill mastery capes. :D

Umm, what? Your idea sounds so vague, I don't get it.

Do you mean that particles ("sparklies") would be added to max cape once you buy all 99 skillcapes ("skill mastery capes")? But if it's something so simple as that, why not just add particles to max cape anyway? Or is this meant to be some extra money sink idea?

To be precise, a Max Cape of Master Accomplishment, the 120 level capes. Particles are added moving from skill capes to master capes of accomplishment. It would be nice to have the effect added to the max cape once all level 120 capes have been obtained.
