Holstein says that the Godless want a world with "no 'supreme beings' fighting for dominance."

Holstein:
"We do not want to be mere pawns of some greater power. By joining with the Godless, you too can cast off the shackles of the gods, and be free to follow your own path."

Okay, so Godless the godless believe they are being oppressed by divine beings.

What do you think their thoughts might be about Seren and V, "gods" that do not want to be worshiped.

Seren wants to worship us and not the other way around, and V just wants to be a crime-fighting hero like Superman.

Surely the Godless cannot label every god under the same category as some deviant dictator. Seren, being born from Mah, did not choose to be a god, and she even said she would happily give up her life to save Mah if she could. As for V, he accidentally became a god from touching the Stone of Jas while exploring a cave. How can the Godless condemn these people for being something they had little control over.
I worship Mah, for she is mah homegirl! The correct adjective for Mah's followers are: Mahomies, Mah-homeboys, or Mah-homegirls.

Holstein specifically refers to Seren's crystal structures as a stain on Gielinor. They are very much against all Gods. I imagine Seren and Zaros would be a particular focus since they were never mortals to begin with. Maybe Zamorak too, depending on what they view as a God.

In what way is her crystals a stain? He says he's been to "the cold, crystalline walls of the elf city of Prifddinas" and ended his reasoning right there. But what part did he not like about this? The fact that her crystals felt unwarm? The fact that they were blue? He left his reasoning to why he disliked Seren so vague. Also, by the tiny dialogue, it looks like he didn't even go INSIDE the city and just left upon seeing the walls (which are gone now by the way post Plague's End). Also, what time period was the dialogue taken place? Before or after the city was regrown? Because since God Emissaries were released before Plague's End and all he would have seen was an empty field lol. I suggest Holstein go back and take a look at the city again xD

What do the Godless think of Sliske and his faction, I wonder? :P

Currently, I think they would treat him like every other god. A deranged, manipulative zit that needs to be banished soon asap. I doubt they know whether or not he is actually a god or not, but if he wants to play pretend, so be it. Remember, Sliske told us and only us that he isn't really one, and we haven't really had the dialogue option to divulge that secret to anyone yet.
