Think about it, Sliske served Zaros because he recognized his superiority. There is only one authority that could ever be higher than Zaros to a Mahjarrat, and that's Mah herself.

I have to admit I read this and I laughed! Recognized his superiority to what? To whom? You assume a great many things mister Zarosian! Sliske does things because he wants to, because he thinks they are fun, and above all because they benefit him!

Also something you all seem to miss is that just because there is another entity working behind the scenes does not mean that Sliske doesn't have plans for himself, and that he isn't necessarily just following orders. Sliske always plays his cards close, and in the end serves himself and this case is no different. Even though your Mah theory is interesting, it doesn't mean Sliske needs Zaros, or ever did/will. Keep smiling! ^.^
You will learn that even the gods walk in darkness, and only Sliske knows the way.

Calling it now, Sliske has always been nomads master. Viggora works with or for Sliske. Viggora is the mysterious voice.
that'd be about as good a story as the evil chicken being sliske's master
I think the Evil Chicken would make a more credible master for Sliske than Viggora, tbh.

I never said the voice was his master. Idk why everyone assumes it's his master

If Sliske's master is the director of the eclipse plan, the lender of his experimentation powers, and the guide to creating RotS, DAT apparitions, rift siphoning and Realm-Blocking.
I would put my money on this 'Master' being a true Shadow Realm denizen, not merely a manipulator with hereditary skills like Sliske and even Zaros.

The directness in its speech, the lack of connection to any subject but forwarding its own goals. To me it sounds like this 'Master' is trapped and desperate. I would compare it to the Corporeal Beast clawing its way through the Void, or even Bilrach seeking a weak point in the space between dimensions.

Outright killing a God has been done, so has gathering them into a single room. The difference during the summit is that they will all be in the shadows. As cliche as it sounds, I reckon the participants are all offerings or sacrifices, no different to Drakan using Morytanian citizens to power his portal.

It's because Sliske says, 'Yes, of course. I live to serve,' at the very end of the cutscene.

Personally, I think Sliske is slightly taunting the voice, and is not actually subserviant to it.

Yeah, I read that as super sarcastic cause that's what my mum says every time someone asks her to stuff.

It could be as well. Or rather, the Evil Chicken follows a dark or evil god of the moon.

And now time for some brainstorming ideas. This god of the moon needs the Endgame to happen at the lunar eclipse, which would be why Sliske is giving the Stone to the winner then. He/she also needs a certain ritual involving the soul, and Sliske has taken part of us along with Nomad, and the millions of souls he has absorbed through the Soul Obelisk. This is plenty enough soul power to do whatever it is Sliske needs to do.

Another thing to note is that the 'master' knows enough about the Siphon without knowing its actual moniker, but doesn't know jack about the Catalyst. They want the gods to gather for some reason. It could be possible that the gods are needed to sacrifice each other for this said ritual, along with the soul(s) that Sliske has gathered. In this sense, on the outside of the circle are the gods sacrificing each other and draining their energy to this ritual. Then we have the souls milked out by Nomad, Nomad's own soul, Sliske and the piece of soul he extracted from us. And on the inside, the Catalyst.

Now as I said before this 'master' doesn't know about the Stone. But it's clear that the Siphon plays a major part in this ritual. Is it possible that the Sixth Elder God isn't the master, but the real master (the god of the moon) will be her host after the ritual is complete?
