I recently bought membership and understood that members would receive two treasure hunter keys a day. For the last 3 days or so I've logged into my account to find that I have no treasure hunter keys.
I've read other threads and I am aware that they do not carry over and that they must be used by midnight - this issue is I'm not getting any to use!
If anyone knows why, or can point out why I'm being stupid I'd really appreciate it

I can still see your premiere badge here on the forums, which suggests that you are still part of the premiere club and should be receiving the bonus TH key.
If you're still having this issue, I would suggest reaching out to the billing support team. The following Support Centre page has a Contact Us button that will connect you to the billing team through their ticket system: Refunds. I realize that the contents of this page do not necessarily pertain to your particular situation, but the support page that most closely relates to your issue does not have a contact button. When filling out the ticket, explain your issue about the missing daily TH key, and a staff member should respond within 48 hours.
Additionally, if you have any follow-up questions about this issue, I would encourage you to create a thread in the Payment Support forum.

I have had this happen multiple times as well. Not really sure why. Some days (more often than not) it'll give me 3 keys, but in the past some days only 2..... kind of irritating considering premium is suppose to be, well, premium.
Also disappointed with the way they are doing the tokens/cosmetics for this years premium. Probably won't get it again because I still feel like I'm being nickled and dimed.
