Weapons, Armour & Skilling Supplies RulesWeapons & Armour Forum Guide
This Forum is to be used for trading your different types of combat gear. Mage, melee, range or noob armour - it's all sold and bought here!FAQ
Iím broke in real-life. Can I sell my bronze armour for £50?
RuneScape items must only be exchanged for other RuneScape items or RuneScape gold. Trading for real-life wealth is strictly against the rules and will result in your account being disabled.
Iím bored of an account. Can I sell it?
In the interest of fairness, each account should only ever be used by one person and not swapped or sold.
My rivalís made a really nice thread for selling stuff. Can I sell my stuff on his thread instead of making my own? Itís too much effort! :O
Your rival might not take too kindly to that, so weíd advise creating your own trading thread. Thread hijacking just causes flaming.
I have several things to trade - should I create a different thread for all of them?
To avoid spamming the front page of the forum with your trades, if you have more than 4 items to trade it's better to create one thread and list them all there. Make your title relevant to the items you're trading and you'll still get interest!
Grand Exchange Advertising
Keep in mind, The Grand Exchange is meant to be anonymous. You don't need to shout from the rooftops that you're selling an item on the Grand Exchange. There's no guarantee that it will be your specific rubber duck that a player buys, as there will probably be loads of them on there.
For this reason, you don't need to make threads for items that you're selling on the Grand Exchange. This will save space in the Marketplace Forums for those that prefer to personally hand over their goods.
Search Before You Post
Browse before you trade. Why make a new thread for buying sharks if there's already a thread where somebody is selling sharks?
