I've done all the medium tasks but explorer jack says he doesn't owe me anything. There's even a pop up as I completed the set of tasks but idk why the rewards aren't claimable. Is there a step I missed somewhere? Or is this a somewhat known bug? I've reported to the in game report system. Don't know how they will resolve it in terms of communication etc.
