Hiya,

I honestly do not know for sure whether it is random or not but I believe it is not. Send in a bug report. Click in-game on the red "Report"-button at the bottom of your screen and chose "Report a bug". Fill out the form. That's it. In my eyes, nothing more can be done in this case.

Hello, when I received mine I basically had a full inventory. The noted crackers, being the last thing that couldn't fit in my inventory or go to Diango had been dropped on the ground under my feet.

P.S. The ultimate x-mas issue is for the ultimate iron men who are going to be carrying noted party/santa hats and crackers on them until they die completely slowing down skill efficiency until then. O_o
