Not collecting fragments!

While collecting Golem fragments, I received an message saying that I'd collected all of the pieces. All remaining fragments were removed from my pouch (3200 of them). Since then, about three weeks ago, I haven't been able to collect any more.

I only have the following pieces of the Golem armour:
Magic Golem head
Ruby Golem Legs
Ruby Golem Gloves
Sapphire Golem Gloves
Emerald Golem Boots

I have checked with Diago and he doesn't have anything.

I'm also not collecting the Shark fragments.

All of the fragment slots in the currency pouch show empty.

Can someone advise please?

Obviously, I submitted a bug when it first happened but Jagex have failed to respond in any form.

When you have collected all the fragments you need to go to an inventor's workbench where you can create the pieces you need. Research the blueprints first, no inspiration needed. :)

Apparently you can check your fragment collecting status with the master fisher in the fishing guild and the master miner at the entrance of the mining guild . I'd double check for the blueprints too & if you have discovered them make sure you have clicked the create outfit pieces just in case . I've had a sneaky peek at your stats & you have the required lvls so if this fails i'm out of suggestions. I wish you luck.
