Description: Protecting scouts with a champion to avoid scout trades.
Objective: Casting charge and battle cry on a scout to weaken a champion, or to kill a halbedier, and stopping your opponent from getting a counter attack.
This opening looks like this:
1. Champion up 4 - Scout up 4/5
2. Scout up 2 - Scout up 4/5
3. Scout up 2 - Scout up 4/5
4. Champion back 4 - Corner Champion
5. Back scout up 6 - Scout takes scout
6. One of scout up 2 takes scout - Scout takes scout
7. Scout takes scout - Scout takes scout
8. Scout takes scout - Foot soldier blocks to protect champions
9. Scout charge battle cry kill halbedier - Champion takes scout



Oldschool Regen

Formation:

Description: Plain and simple moving scouts up 4. This is the strongest strategy against 3 foot soldier antirush, and seems to draw against antirush.
Objective: Casting charge and battle cry on a scout to weaken a champion, or to kill a halbedier, and stopping your opponent from getting a counter attack.
This opening looks like this:
1. Scout up 4/5 - Scout up 4/5
2. Scout up 4/5 - Scout up 4/5
3. Scout up 4/5 - Corner champion
4. Champion back to make it part of wall - Scout takes scout stoic on scout
5. Scout takes scout - Scout moves back to take scout chastise scout
6. Move up another scout up 6 - box up with foot soldier to protect champion
7. Charge battle cry to kill a halbedier - Champion takes scout

Regen is a cheap bombard

Description You move up your champion baiting a scout attack into it because regenerate is cheaper than bombard right? You can use rush commands with the regenerate set to get a good start to a rush.
The tough part of this opening is getting the scout battle cry charge on a halbedier/champion without getting counter-attacked.
Objective Make your opponent doubt whether you are rush or regen and get them to suicide one scout.
1. Champion up 4 - Scout up 4/5
2. Champion up 3 further - Scout suicides into champion
3. Move champion back 3 - Scout up 4/5
4. Move scout up 2/4/5 - Scout up 4/5
5. Move scout up 2/4/5 - Corner Champion
6+ Prepare for charge battle cry - Defend against charge battle cry

To kiri's Foot Soldier Requiem, I propose:
4. Scout up 6 charges and kills another Scout at the enemy's wall.

Variations:
4. ... - Recaptures Scout at Black's wall
5. Develop a Scout up 6 and take Scout.
White is still down 25 cp, but his Scouts in the center will nullify charge bc threats from Black, perhaps allowing White to charge bc first.

4. ... - The other Scout takes your developed Scout
5. Scout up 4 and takes Scout
Now you play like the 4, 4, 3 charge deflection. There are seemingly too many options to list, but Black naturally will get the first Battle Cry.

Here's a probably unsound opening for you to look at for anti vs anti, the 4, 4 counterattack.

1. Scout up 4 - Scout up 4
2. Scout up 4 - Scout up 4
3. Scout up 3 - Scout x Scout

I've outlined the ideas worth looking at here:

Variation 1:
4. Scout recaptures - Scout x Scout + stoic

1A:
5. Footy up 4 and chast Scout - charge a Scout and x Scout

This is basically the original idea. This line looks forced if white went for a 5,6,6. White is down significant material if he doesn't rush, but the question is if he can survive a counter rush right afterwards.

1B:
5. Champion uses BC and x Scout - Scout up 4

This variation can't be played if white went for a 5,6,6 game. I'm not sure how comparable this line is to the Champion's BC line for the 4,3.

Variation 2:
4. Foot Soldier recaptures - Scout x Scout + stoic
5. Scout moves back 2 spaces and chast Scout - Scout up 6
6. Scout (or Footy) x Scout - Scout moves up 5 spaces, uses bc, kills the Footy, and chasts the Champ
7. Hally (or Scout) back 1, closing the wall, and stoic outside Champ - charge a Scout, move up only 11 spaces, and take Scout
8. Champ x Scout, chasts the other Scout - Scout up 5

This variation can't be played if white went for a 5,6,6 game. Reminds me of the Foot Soldier Hunter.

Variation 3A:
4. Develop a Scout and x Scout and chast the other Scout - Scout up 4
5. Scout x Scout - Develop a Scout and recapture
6. Scout x Scout - Develop a Scout and recapture, chast the Scout
7. Charge Scout and x Scout - Champ x Scout

(if something like 7. - Footy x Scout, then 8. Scout x Scout and stoic or bc Scout x Footy, chast Champ are threats)
This is now remarkably similar to the usual 5,6,6 line, but White doesn't have a wall any more, and will lose his last Scout if bc Scout x Champ here.

Variation 3B:
1. Scout up 5 - Scout up 4
2. Scout up 6 - Scout up 4
3. Scout up 6 - Scout x Scout
4. Develop a Scout, x Scout, chast the Scout - Footy up 4
