@Miu: Agreed! Daiya has it's good uses, but I avoid it if I can, and yeah, Chao melts kinda weird. A pizza chain in Canada, Pizza Pizza has some dairy-free cheese, it melts like cheese but it's very sticky/only tastes good when it's just delivered. Once it cools down it's kinda gross. I'll need to check out Follow Your Hearts' stuff sometime!

@Chief: That's awesome! Yeah that's the best way to do it.. by easing into it. If you try to go all-in outta nowhere, it usually doesn't stick/you'll crave certain things. If you slowly cut things outta your diet, it becomes much easier!

Well, since I'm a contractor with Jagex, I work a normal week, where a great chunk of my time is spent working with Jagex, while the rest of my time is dedicated to my other engagements. I can't really go into detail on what my other engagements are due to NDA/confidentiality-reasons, but in addition to working on the CM team, I'm also a Team Lead in the Player Support department for the company that I'm employed with. (You can find a bit more info on that here.)
But as for CM Nick and I's activities, we don't particularly have a quota for how much we're supposed to post, but rather do our best to engage with the community while moderating these forums, documenting suggestions, feedback, issues (technical issues/bugs/other) or noteworthy discussions that we believe deserve should be escalated to the appropriate JMod departments, etc. We read through all forum threads. There's some other back-end responsibilities that we have, but we don't have much liberty in discussing what those are due to the NDA I mentioned.
While I'm still quite new to the CM team, I'm always thinking about what I can do to improve engagement on the forums, and everyone's experience in RS/OSRS overall. Community Manager for Jagex.
