2) Technical Ticket

The Tech Ticket page is your direct link to the Jagex Tech Moderators. Here, you can send a private message to the team containing your question(s). During the process, you will also send through your computer’s specifications to help them find a more suitable solution based on your hardware. A direct link to the ticket page can be found at the bottom of each Technical page:

Technical Help

Any replies from the Tech Team will appear as a message in your Message Centre. Your Message Centre can be accessed via the ‘Unread’ messages tab in the lobby, or your Account Settings in the top-right corner of the homepage.

Bug Reports

If you experience any bugs or errors within the game or website, you will need to submit a Bug Report. Bug Report forms collect vital information on the description of the bug, how to reproduce it, and your computer’s specifications – this is then sent to the QA Team for investigation. There are a few ways to go about this, depending on whether you play Runescape 3 or Old School Runescape:


Runescape 3

• Use the in-game report feature, found by clicking on the flag in the top-right corner of your chat box.

• Use the Bug Report page on the Runescape site. Here is the link:

Old School Runescape

• Players on Old School Runescape can right-click the Report button to submit a Bug Report.
