Another week, another update, but still no fix for those who are experiencing app breaking crashes that prevent the game from being played on devices that meet the specifications.

App crashes once reaching the lobby
App then crashes at the login screen after restarting
Clearing cache does not fix
Uninstalling does not fix
Restarting does not fix
App crashes every time without fail
App is unplayable on my phone despite it meeting the minimum requirements
App is unplayable by many players with various devices

It's super frustrating indeed, all we can do for now is try the app daily and let it crash and then send the same crash report that we have for the past two months:/

Hard to believe they would really let a severe crash like this go unaddressed for this long.

Would be nice to just have the very least of acknowledgement from the staff, even if it is just something like "We have seen your issue and are investigating"

Just.. something so we aren't feeling totally ignored here about our crashing issues.

I'm honestly starting to think that the staff/development team for the rs3 mobile app don't even read these forums.

Many people have reported it across so many different threads and there's just nothing. No response, no fix, no comment on it at all.

And if I'm being honest, it's starting to feel like they don't want to comment on the issue. Like, if they don't comment on it or about it then they can fix it later (if ever).

All I can say for now is that they had better not open the beta up to more players until they have fixed the issues that the current beta testers are having. Otherwise they'll end up with many more people reporting the same issues that they haven't fixed and well still be stuck with this crash that is unfixable on our end (Prove me wrong Jagex, if the issue is on the users end then let's hear it).

I'm using the Samsung j7 Sky Pro (S727VL). It meets the posted requirements, and there are many other users with different phones reporting the same crash.

Speaking of the crash, just updated my app and they still haven't fixed it. It would be really nice to have a line of communication with the Dev team so that we can know what they are working on (This applies not just to the crash that I've been reporting but also for the bug that has caused many people to have invisible character/item/npc sprites).

Well, all I want for Christmas is for Rs mobile to work on my phone. At this time there is a crash that occurs EVERY time I try to open the app on my phone. Hopefully this is something that Jagex is aware of and working on, I have my doubts and my hopes are not high, but maybe after 3 months they will *finally* do more then just UI tweaks.
