Since "everything 120" seems all the rage ... sort of ... some thoughts on 120 Thieving.

1) New Safe Cracking Locations
Morytania
Elf Lands
Outer Planes (besides Zanaris)
Karamja
Boss Rooms (KBD, GWD1 and GWD2, etc)

2) New Pyramid Plunder Rooms
Needing 101 and 111 Thieving to access

3) New loot multipiers for existing thievable NPCs

4) New and existing NPCs we can pickpocket
Residents of Port Phasmatys
Pirates of Mos' and the Hideout in Deep Wildy
Certain Hunter Creatures
Certain Slayer Creatures (like Airut)

5) New Stalls to steal from
Magic Silk Stall (like Lamp Stall in Menaphos, XP but no loot)
Herblore Stalls to get Herblore Supplies
Divination Stall (typically buys and sells energy and divination products, can loot similar supplies)
Stalls in Port Phasmatys (they hold the spirits of the items that used to be in the stalls .... it makes sense somehow)

Yes I think it would be most important to have some concept before even considering increasing the cap. That said they shouldn't just scale up the content, but also fix broken parts of it.

- Safecracking, pickpocketing (and loot multipliers) are fairly straightforward. They all work decently enough and shouldn't cause too much of trouble.

- PP is broken. It's never a viable training method (not for xp, not for profit, not for balanced training, which would offer both decently), extremely clunky feeling (empty animations,...) and it messes up with unhealthy amounts of RNG on different levels on top of that (uncanningly high failure rates in low rooms at high levels and we're not starting to talk about the ibis set). I'd rather see them adressing the tons of issues this thing has first before it's scaled up and still remains dead. Also introducing two more rooms would need something to be done with the time limit.

- Basically those xp only stalls need to offer good xp then - the lamp stall in menaphos fails at doing this and thus most players won't engage more with it than needed to get that gemstone. I think the best approach might be them being level based and maybe awarding xp in a random skill every once in a while (i.e. you've looted a tiny skill lamp or so)

- Another issue with stalls is that they're not individual, but players impairing one another. Easy fix would be changing them that each player has their own stalls. Like safes they should remain empty even when hopping worlds. Some higher levelled stall challenges also should be reduced in their requirements.

The ability to plunder foes so as to receive some of their drops as loot without killing them/stealing their equipment to lower their stats could be part of a major all-around thieving expansion.

I see it being fun for 10 mins but after eh not sure

For the record, there are NPCs that you can kill AND pick pocket.
Heroes, Paladins, Knights of Ardy, Elves in Lleyta.

Being to pickpocket Slayer Targets and even Bosses would probably be limited to their own drop tables (again, refer to like Elf and Paladin loot tables for pick pocketing).

Bosses, for example, could pull some of their loot from their common drops.
So KBD and QBD could give a thing of Dragon Bones or Black D-hide. You might get a 1-2k gp loot.
These wouldn't be things like trying to pickpocket a GWD1 boss and getting a hilt or part of their armor set.
