Hi Gerry Berry,
While you are most welcome to use this thread to report a problem on the forums, it's not ok to use this thread to flame another forum user. When complaining about flaming or naming/sharing from someone else, it's really best not to do that yourself.

There is a template in the first post to use, and it's best to stick to that please.

The thread you posted about has been dealt with and yes, I am aware of what was there before the edit. For that kind of thing, in the future, please just report it using the template, without flaming.

Hi Swoops,
I've found the thread you made about your issue and have moved it to the Community Led Account Help forum for you. I've also edited out the emails. In that forum are helpers with the title "Community Helper' and they know heaps about account issues so please follow their instructions. Hope it is all sorted for you soon.

Hi CuddleBucket,
Fmods work as a team, because we need to cover all time zones, and also no one Fmod can be around all the time.
Further action may not be taken by the Fmod who posted, as it's quite common for a different Fmod to follow up on another Fmod's work. There is nothing wrong with this and in fact it's necessary.

Could you please take a quick look back at the first page of this thread, as a reminder of this thread's purpose, and could you also please use the template for posts.

Hi CuddleBucket,
Not necessarily as it depends if it comes to anyone's attention. Fmods cannot possibly look at every thread. What I am saying is, it's not appropriate to ask for a particular Fmod to action a thread, or for a particular Fmod not to. We are a team.

If there is an issue with your thread, please post here using the template and whichever Fmod comes along next will take a look and will take action as necessary.

If you post again on this thread, please use this template. If what you want to post doesn't fit the template, that means you shouldn't be posting, as you are not sticking to the purpose of the thread.

Hi Dong U Dead,
I saw it as aimed at the comment about the developers and their workload (which was in the quote), and in regard to business decisions that companies make.

Hope you have had a chance read my post in the thread.

It might be helpful to look up 'Cognitive distortions: Jumping to Conclusions – Mind Reading" and have a little read. This is one of those cognitive distortions that ALL of us have from time to time. We all do this sometimes. It's human. I've done it myself and then realised what I was doing. Now I challenge myself to find a positive alternative, "Like if I think, "those people are staring at me. They must hate me!" I make myself turn it around and think, nah they are probably thinking, "wow where did she get that nice outfit?" and then I chuckle. It's helpful and a bit of fun, and it helps me stop thinking negative things. This might not help - just offering it, in case.

Hope you have a good day/night and hope you feel better soon and can find something fun to do.

Hi GOZZZZ,
When you report an issue, please just use the template and refrain from adding extra comments directing FMods as to how they should handle the issue.
In this case, I've looked at the issue and have decided to take different action.

As a reminder to all, here is the template:
