So i just want to be absolutely sure this is allowed before i do it. Something i recently (as in just today) learned about called "Splashing" to level my magic and that can be done in a more "automatic" way. Allow me to explain what i mean. It's when you get your magic stat to something like -68 or something like that so that it will always miss and then you do an attack spell so that it will automatically attack back with that spell gaining magic experience without you having to do anything but at the same time ONLY using what's within the game coding and no third party program. I'm not sure if the mods would consider this an exploit or not from what i can tell though it's pretty well known in the community but i wanted to be absolutely sure i was allowed to do this before i did it.

Why would you do it? There is much better and faster methods! If you don't have time playing then don't play! In my eyes, afk playing is like cheating! My goals and achievements on F2P accounts! ---> Thread! <---

Doesn't it also log you out after a while?

If you don't interact with the game at all, yes. IIRC if the target retaliates back, the maximum amount of time you can stay logged in without interacting is 20 minutes, and if the target doesn't retaliate back, it's 5 minutes only. But if you e.g. click one of the interface tabs every so often, you won't get logged out except by the 6-hour limit when you get kicked out regardless of if you're active or not.

The 6 hour limit still isn't a thing. It was increased to 23 hours quite a few years ago now.

You haven't realized that this is about OSRS? 6-hour logout is still a thing in OSRS, better believe it.
