XJ9said: I don't think people should be this angry. The only complain I have is that there are so many promotions that is drives bond prices up like crazy. People are using them so fast, and they are going up so high due to how good promotions are lately.
Sadly though ppl like to complain for the sake of complaining :/
Whatusaytomesaid: Did you guys notice though? Yesterday was Tuesday, but instead of bringing back an old event on TH with 2nd Chance Tuesday, they skipped that and instead just decided to bring back an old event... on a Tuesday...
Janos Morgansaid: Think about it, why would you spend a ridiculous amount of money for a chance to get the pieces for an outfit when you can pay a lower price for the full outfit guaranteed, no strings attached?
Maybe because i usually get all outfits i want anyways.
Whatusaytomesaid: They can manipulate it however they want, they released old TH events Tuesday last week, and Tuesday the week before. until people like me called them out for 0/2 weeks without 2nd chance Tuesday removal, so they put it on Wednesday this week as a loophole. It is the same BS on a different day just without the label. 0/3 weeks now.
Im getting confused, whats all this 0/2 and 0/3 nonsense?
Dan Ace114said: Not every player visits the forums. Not every player posts on the forums, and guess what, not every player complains about stuff. A small vocal selection is not necessarily indicitive of the wider opinion.
Much like the rest of the customer service and retail industry complaints and negative feed back are always highlighted above and beyond the good.
Uncle ShaunYsaid: The spare "Action Bar" in the Solomon's Store available with "RuneCoins" currency only and no option to use "Loyalty Points" on them, 100k-125k for each one of them would have been a fair option.
You saying this is the exact reason why there isnt an option for loyalty points.
I mean theres obviously too much profit that can be made from them so of course theyd be rc only.
Whatusaytomesaid: So I godda say Draco is right about this one. As long as it's rc only, it is a profit source since rc can be directly bought with bonds. Each bond costs dollars to be in game to use, so whether you paid for it or not, the profit has been made from any bond used for rc's.
You can also buy rc with IRL money so thats even more proof thats it makes them profit.
Blackwingsaid: ]A company making money isn't a bad thing when the company tries to make a genuinely good product or service, but a company using scummy tactics that prey on its customers' psyche to rip them off their money is a bad thing
(in Jagex's case making the gameplay fun enough that people don't quit but also boring enough that they're psychologically forced to buy into the MTX, aka "the golden middleway")
Yet they aren't "preying" on anyones psyche.
Loot boxes and the like exist in all sorts of games and in most nobody seems to care.
You know EA makes even more money from Ultimate Team Packs and launched new games with even more loot boxes like Apex Legends since then, right? Who cares about just one country when there are numerous others in the world?
If Belgium has no problem with Jagex, why does it have to care about other countries?
