I love the idea of the max cape, especially the idea to keep the cosmetic close to the rs3 version. However as iterated before in this thread it does not make sense to make it worse than BIS. It should be equal to BIS otherwise people will not be able to wear it whilst enjoying the game as they like to. So I love the idea of the max cape but not its implementation? Do I vote Yes? Or do I vote No and risk that the idea will be scrapped completely?
Give the max cape the ability to add 1 cape to it at a time. It will only MATCH current best in slot items. Giving it the same stats as a trimmed skillcape makes it almost useless to use anywhere.
Why should you have to add capes to the max cape anyway, it should be better than most capes especially the fire cape since you can get a fire cape in under an hour where as the max cape takes months upon months of solid skill grinding
And why should non combat skills like farming and mining affect combat? Noone has told me why they should yet..
They already do. Look at quests, many non cmb requirements to get best in slot items. The reasoning is to give people who have high stats an advantage as it should be. When you play the game and finish content you should get a reward that people who don't play don't get.

Please let iron men go into the fishing trawler solo. I see no reason why iron men may not do that. It didn't really matter until now, because the rewards were bad. If the fishing outfit poll passes, iron men should be able to get that outfit by doing solo fishing trawler runs.

Guild Skills = I think show CBT lvl for exemplo: Loxorion 100 (Skill lvl) - Loxorion 100 (70), is sure. Yes, and if a player access in a world pvp in the Guild?

Most of the questions look pretty good, some are a little pointless but nothing that are worth complaining about.
As for the max cape and what I've read so far, I would prefer the stats of the cape to be blank and you can add a cape to it so it simply takes the cape's stats. I don't want to see the +9 defence from a skill cape as well as +6 stab and +6 pray from the ardy cape as an example. To put it simply, I don't want to see any combining of multiple cape's stats.
