Im sorry to say the recovery is only option you have.
Try to read the deny email and see what you are weak on.
You can delete the authenticator if you have access to the registered email as you must click a link in that email to accept the deletion of authenticator.
If you have access to the registered email, can you not just change your password? Or did Jagex think the old email was part of reason it was hijacked?The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.
I was going to say what Skod did about your email sounds compromised.
Everyone on these forums are players like you.. after all its community led account help. Jmods posting on the forums is a rare sight.
We can only give you directions on what to do and personally after posting lots on this forum to help people in last 3 years, i can say that the recovery process is it.
I hope you can figure out the info that you are missing but other than that I have no idea what to tell you.
