You should put some details about the client you're using, your machine etc. as well as screengrabs/error messages you're receiving.
Otherwise, you're providing no detail to enable others on the forums to offer advice/suggestions as to resolutions for your problem.

In cases like this, the best first step is usually to delete and fully rebuld your game cache. Have you tried this?

What that guide fails to recommend is then rebuilding it. It builds quickly if you're lobbied, so once you've got the client back up, log in and remain in the lobby. Bring up the developer console with the tilde key, and run the "displayfps" command. You'll see in the top right new text indicating the game cache size, and your download rate.

There is no % given - it should stabilise somewhere around 6 usually, but watch for the downaload rate dropping down to low KBs and the size remaining stable. Then you'll know you're good to log in. You can get rid of that text by running 'displayfps' again.

Boil the kettle.. it can take a while. So long as the size is increasing, it's doing what you want it to.
