Sardonic comments are great, and I'm prone to them myself, but you haven't posted any real detail about what's happening, yet expect a resolution?
Share some information about what these kicks look like, what activities you're doing ingame, the servers you're on and have tried, your machines and networks. And maybe someone might have a suggestion.
I seem to remember problems I had on the Dungeoneering world a long time ago, when I was doing it with other people, back when it was still extremely popular (i.e. before Sinkholes).
The problem at the time was that the server was overloaded, and that Dungeoneering was a relatively resource intensive activity. I seem to recall they did some sort of update to do with instanced areas and such at some point, that went some way towards resolving it, but if it's happening on a specific server, to everyone in a dungeon, I'm inclined to suggest it's probably the server derping. Especially if it's frequent. If it was client-end, it wouldn't happen to everyone in the dungeon at the same time.
If that's the case, there may not be much you can do.
Does it happen on other servers? It's less than ideal as a solution, but if the problem is the server falling over, going to another with your dungeoneering team would certainly avoid the problem.
Graphical errors on your client may be unrelated - i.e. another issue entirely. Some detail/screenshots would be helpful.
