I bought membership on “Akadea V2” and meant to buy it on “Akadea” I submitted a transfer membership ticket but it’s been 5 days and still no response...at this point the credits are wasting away...help Jagex!

The reply from Billing Support is left in the 'Messages' tab in account management.
Check the 'Messages' tab in your account.

Can you see your sent message?
If you can, then Billing Support will respond. Ticket response times have extended with the release of the Summer Special.

If you cannot see your sent message, check the other account.
If you cannot see your sent message in either account, send it again.
