Hey everyone,

This weeks patches are very very small, as the Mobile Update today has incorporated lots of special patches into the newspost.


Patches



  • Updated the Anachronia bonus during Summer Escape to include 10% increased XP when a lap has been completed. (Hotfix)

  • Prevented certain sigils abilities causing damage.

  • Fixed an issue that was displaying the Balthazar ticket collector item on the Grand Exchange.

  • Logging out in an active Big Game Hunter encounter will now decrease the creatures remaining in the instance.

  • When editing the position of the buffs and debuffs, it will be aligned to the top of the header bar

    Incase you missed the mobile patches from the News Post I've also added them here as well:

    Itĺs a special edition! Since this week has been mobile-focused, we thought weĺd give you some insight into some of the smaller, less exciting changes weĺve made to the mobile version of the game:




  • Made text positioning changes on the name your character interface

  • Changed the visual appearance of the currency popup in the inventory

  • Made the close button bigger on treasure hunter


  • Made text use the correct skin colour on the following interfaces:


  • Treasure hunter

  • Name your character

  • Hero summary tabá á

  • Upgrades and extras

  • Bond interfaces

  • Invention materials

  • Currencyá

  • POF storm barn


  • Made the close button on all models bigger

  • Made some interfaces widescreen to improve appearance on mobile

  • Updated lots of interfaces to use the correct skin

  • Improved the look of the "have you played RuneScape before" interface

  • Improved the performance of the world map

  • Fixed an issue with key-binds not setting correctly

  • Improved how interfaces handle tablets

  • Improved the appearance of choose a tool interface

  • Few bug fixes to quick prayers

    Well now, you guys didn't lie when you said you traded patch notes in for mobile stuff... question is, why? With all that capital, one'd think that such a trade-in isn't necessary.

    Interface updates and the Taverley/Burthope revamp are looking good so far on a first glance. Those 'lesser' abilities also are a good thing to make the EoC more appealing at low levels

    But generally a few things:

    - Wasn't the mask of Dragith Nurn supposed to be converted to an override? I can see it in my override tabs, but not being unlocked yet. It also still have it in item form in my armour case. The MQC achievement also isn't completed so far.
    /Edit: Simply made a new one for MQC and override, but hmm.
    - Couldn't it be helpful to re-introduce the Taverley stalls in some other area like Varrock? After all they were the only ones available to free players.
    - Any specific reason why the new achievement paths are unavailable to existing players? I do not think it would have hurt too much to optionally allow them to complete them.
    /Edit: Seemingly players can complete those achievements, they just are not able to see them. Ouf.
    - Morwennas Headdress isn't available to players who haven't done the Ashdale tutorial. Could you consider making it available over some achievement path? Maybe also in the form of an override like the mask of Dragith Nurn?
    - The colour choice for fulfilled requirements of achievements is horrible. You can even closely differ them from unfulfilled ones as well as it was before.

    I see two changes that were not noted.

    - The bank pin interface has different colors for the buttons.
    - The interface for the ring of duelling teleport location has a way lighter text color. (This is a very lame change as it makes the text very difficult to read, this change should be reverted)

    We're 8 weeks in a row now without meaningful new content, so how many more weeks are you going to excuse them for?
