Hello everyone Jagex's recently started trying to balance training methods. With the release of Anachronia they tweaked Hunter, and are willing to reduce the Farming Xp gained from PoF. Such updates are always good for the game. But the question is, Warbands give tons of Xp, and have been around for more than 6 years now, how come they haven't tweaked them as well?~Petros, the Doctor
Steelweaversaid: Warbands is one of the worst offenders in what many refer to as Dailyscape, being the nearly required set of tasks one must do every day to be efficient in XP gain.
Not only has Warbands fully replaced certain skill training for the few, some even "drop trade" their resources to others for coins.
I think addressing Warbands would be one of the first, biggest, and more important adjustments needed.
Whoa, hold up! There is absolutely nothing wrong with daily activities! The problem is when there are so many daily tasks that you spend the first hour and a half after logging in, doing them.
Further, the xp is fine imo as you have to complete literally hundreds of warbands for 99 in those skills and I canít even fathom doing it to 120. It hasnít really replaced actual training for these skills anymore than cache replaced divination or sinkholes replaced Dungeoneering. People are still training those skills on the side except for maybe farming which almost everyone hates. The difference is warbands makes that grind shorter. And for those who train it via warbands exclusively are going to be waiting a looooooong fucking time and thatís the drawback.
Who tf droptrades the supplies for coins lmao! Thatís like 100k wtf?
