I may have had one onyx, but now that my account was hacked in less than 7 hours time trying to change password and generator, almost every major item and valuable items and money was stolen, 5 years time of building my character on my own, no assistance, but to no avail, all gone, now how do I attain these?? For all I know it may have been an inside job!!

I'd prefer onyx dust be removed from mining everywhere else and onyx be added back to the Prifddinas gem rocks only.

Edit: On second thought, that might make it too crowded there.
But couldn't onyx dust be gained while mining gem rocks, or is that already the case?
Hi.

Even with chances at onyx being low you’ll still get to many due to the rework of the skill. The only viable method would be to make it where you mine small amounts of onyx dust.

Finally, it was ridiculous lazy people are being offered the same profit as people who have to risk their bank and learn mechanics. More profit for those with skill not for people who want to afk and netflix with ZERO risk. SMH, engage the game, if you want fast money with no skill go stake at the al karid desert minigame.
spiritual warriors, dark beasts, spiritual mages, abby demons, gargoyles. these will make you more per hour then the gem rocks did, dont risk anything, and are afk. begone pvmer scum

Ignorance is bliss, you still need to grind the stats, obtain gear and still use items when doing said slayer tasks which can include death if you are not maxed with ss, etc.

It looks like you listed other key available options as well but are upset because you have lost your afk method of earning a massive amount of gp for absolutely zero skill and zero need to watch the screen. You simply want to be entitled to your time not effort. Simply mining rocks should not give gw1 profit even. I know it's a difficult concept but supply and demand play a huge roll in rs3. Tank onxy cost pvm does not do elite dung because 80% of drops are onyx dust.

How did you put it, begone lazy entitled Skilling scum
if you have around 80 slayer chances are you have high combat stats you dont need any quests to do slayer or train combat skills

If it was literally only needing 75 mining to mine gem rocks for onyxes fair point but you need plagues end just to get to mine them and even then the higher your mining level the higher the chance at getting better gems

If I made a new account i could easily only train combat and make money from killing slayer monsters even without prayer or summoning compared to any other Skilling method

If you were smarter maybe you could make a better argument but like you said ignorance is bliss

Might as well remove onyx bolts from pvm drops they been below alc prices for years only seems fair remove a big profit to Skilling remove the equivalent to pvm

Those only alch for 5.2k I think while uncut onyx alchs for 1080k.

Slayer is not really pvm. High level pvm makes the most gp/hr based on rare drops. That's why we don't have seismic wands dropped by dark beasts. For priff you can get there with under 100 quest points. High level pvm = most gp/hr Mid level pvm = middle gp/hr low level pvm = lowest gp/hr. Non afk skilling = 6m/hr Afk skilling max is 2m/hr. See where I'm coming from?

Lmao...

I'm getting a little tired of repeating this because nobody fucking listens anyways, but this isn't about hurting skillers or benefitting PvMers, this is about the long-term health of the game. Onyx Bolts are in no way even remotely comparable to Onyxes. Bolts alch for 8.2k a piece. Onyxes alch for over a mil a piece. Alching bolts results in no more GP entering the economy per hour than alching Rune salvage items (less, actually). A massive surplus of Onyxes being alched results in a ton of GP entering the economy.

Inflation is just as much of a problem for skillers as it is for PvMers. This update is in your best interest as well in the long run, you're apparently just too short-sighted to see it. Thank god people like you aren't the ones developing the game.

The truth is you're the weak, and I'm the tyranny of evil men. But I'm tryin'. I'm tryin' real hard to be the shepherd.

Actually, the best thing would have been a rate reduction, not absolute zero. Therefore, I have a two-fold proposal:

1)I've seen rates quoted as 1:250 or 1:400. Reduce to 1:1000 or 1:1250.

2)As I recall, multi-logging is against ToS. Drop the ban-hammer on them.
