I was wondering with the thousands of items in Glienor, why we as Members would be subjugated to a limited item allocation. I personally am a bit of a scavenger and an in game trophy hunter, but as I nearing level eighty, I find myself nearly at a deadlock where I will have to cull my banks resources just to be able to continue.
I guess my idea is for either an increase in bank space or no-cap for members. I would be very thankful if you guys could find it in your busy schedule to take a peek into this issue if you would, please.

Unlimited bank space? Where is Jagex going to find the extra room to store all that data? They're already struggling now...One of the following doors might have a towel behind it: [SQRT(-1)] - [2^3] - [3.1415927]
The Answer to the Great Question of Life, the Universe and Everything is...
I mean if they can generate all of these items then they must be able to store them ass well... Seems like an easy thing as games with much higher requirements can easily store well more than you would ever need. (Oblivion) Correct me if I am wrong on this, I am only an entry-level game designer and may be missing something.
The trophy items I keep are mostly Nostalgia and Quest Trophies or things I am using for skills and questing. My original profile was deleted but was one of the first thousand on Old-School, when it had switched over from RS Classic. (They should have kept it)
Is "spaghetti code" your way of making fun of me like the flying spaghetti monster form of god? I have honestly never heard of this.
I do support an increase of bank space to accomodate increased demand (stuff like the arc or POF) which isn't counteracted by different measures (like virtualizing pets or auras) - considering the last increase was in 2012 that is overdue now - and actually finally coming the next few months. I do not support that to solely enable certain players to brainlessly hoard everything they could lay their hands on.
I mean - unless we're talking about the free version of the game RS isn't really molesting you about having not having enough bank space to even keep your day-to-day-stuff. Oblivion is a poor example, since it is an offline game and while it still consumes storage it's yours after all. It also might not be much as long as it's yours alone, but in RS you are not alone - there are tons of other players as well for whom that storage needs to be reserved.
It might help if you were to check on your bank for items that can be stored in other places (toolbelt, diango, POH, may (considering you seem to hoard everything related to quests you might want to know that she will keep track of most of your 'trophies' - regard https://runescape.wiki/w/May%27s_Quest_Caravan#Quest_item_storage for which you could get rid of safely, hidey holes for treasure trails and so on and so on) or just getting rid of stuff you no longer need (in an actual sense and not a 'I might need that maggot infested sandwich for something in the future').Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2 Quick Fixes: Invention

Also if you haven't done so far you can claim 200 free bank spaces from solomon - which should be enough for most players - I would agree bank space is a bit scarce without those, but hey they're free. If that's still not enough you can buy up to 500 bank spaces more - and if that's not enough: Well at that point the latest you really should do something about your hoarding issues. If you are at that stage already you might want to know that you'll be getting 48 more spaces to induldge as soon as the bank rework is released.
Spaghetti code refers to code that was written in a way the control flow isn't really comprehensible (anymore), e.g. by using a lot of jump statements. RS suffers from that in the aspect the current coders partially can't entangle stuff that was written almost two decades ago now. It isn't impossible to work with it, but it's not really feasible to do so.Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2 Quick Fixes: Invention

I don't play the RS3 at all, I don't think the feel works with the flow of Runescape. (Too much handholding and too many "Wiggly" animations. This is probably because I am not too good with change. Thank you for explaining the spaghetti code. I bet they could find a way around it if they sat around long enough. I'd definitely take a look at it if they ran an American office.
