Unable to login

After every single update I am unable to login through the desktop client.
I can play on mobile and start up a virtual machine and log in just fine.
I usually can uninstall the game entirely and clean out every file on my computer of Jagex, reinstall and can start playing again.

I have been unable to play the past 2-3 weeks and cannot seem to find the reason as to why I cannot log in on my desktop. I will load the client just fine, enter my login information. If I need to enter in my authentication code then it will allow me to do that. After the login/authentication screen I will get the loading screen where it will stay like that for over 2 minutes. It will take me back to the username/password login screen WITHOUT any errors showing up.

Is there anything I can do to fix this issue, again it only happens when the game updates and I have tried everything I can (searched through forums and google overall) can anyone assist me?

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB
Name NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770

I am running 3 monitors and have disconnected 2 of them to see if that fixed the problem, still running into issues. Also have tried making the game screen smaller on login (I believe worked once or got really lucky) haven't been any to duplicate.

Again any assistance will be great.
