120 summoning from 99 takes 10 hours on dxp, getting 99 is hardly a feat. The charms would've been grinded out along with 120 slayer and the gp cost is actually quite low. Geyser titans, the most expensive ones by far, only costs 11 gp/xp, outside of dxp. 5.5 gp/xp for a 10m xp/h skill is extremely cheap. No other skilling methods with this xp rates can come close to competing with this gp/xp cost, even on dxp. °l||l° Modest Skillers T7 Citadel | Skilling clan recruiting players. °l||l°

Exactly why 120 needs to happen.

So we can have better cb familiars post 99.

I didn't expect anyone to draw relevance between my statement here and whether or not we should have 120 summoning.

Was simply explaining why people used steel titans - all other combat familiars get ignored completely. Was hoping someone can come up with something to make those familiars relevant again?

I'd only be on board if they made familiars more useful, just moving the goalposts would just add to the uselessness of every famliar below 120/99. Which is the skills current problem. I just feel they'd repeat the cycle only a handful of familiars useful the rest are dead content.

The skill itself probably wouldn't be that bad to train combined with 120 slayer, its just more nuisance stockpiling. People get enough on dxps spammed in chat so dxp would lessen the strain.

If they can avoid the ole batch 2, heres lvl 120, lets wait years to do anything with the skill. Then I guess it can roll out ok, but I'm not hopeful that would be the reality. Cause slayer had a pretty pathetic rollout. I'd prefer to see the game plan for it instead of them doing it on a whim.
