New Dungeon/Underground pens
Granny P. finally removed that old broken cart from behind her house and found a a hatch to an old cellar below. Inside there is a perfect space to build 2 underground pens suitable for housing some of the more dangerous animals of Runescape. But she needs help from the player’s construction and runecrafting skills to make sure this cellar is suitable and safe to keep these new beasts. New animal types are listed in section 4.
Each pen requires rune bars, nails, mahogany planks and a magic stone to build. Then it must be imbued with some runes for protection. Each pen has a totem spot (new type of dungeon totem required since the current farming totem wouldn’t make sense underground) and also a buildable hotspot (explained below).
Each new dungeon animal will provide Slayer XP on each growth stage instead of Farming XP as to not overpower the existing XP rates of the farm.

Each pen has a new building hot spot which can be used to affect that pen in a certain way. Below is a list of potential items and effects.

Monthly Animal Buyer D&D
A new special NPC appears each month along with the animal buyers looking for something very specific in exchange for a big chunk of farming XP (+ potentially an additional unique reward) instead of beans. The farming XP amount will be something like 3x to 10x (depending on the animal type) the normal grow from baby to elder xp for the requested animal. He will request animals with very specific characteristics similar to the ‘Ever So Clever’ or ‘Life Finds A Way’ achievements such as Name, Gender, Breed, Traits. This is to encourage trading and variety breeding.

A new animal bank or box at the farm bank for keeping up to 100 animals and stop your banks overflowing. Includes an auto-sort by type feature.
Farm Management Screen
This idea is mainly to benefit mobile players. Currently managing the farm from mobile is pretty finicky and difficult. Having to run around to each pen to check on animals is kind of tricky to do, sometimes you cant tap the animal, sometimes you tap the stile by mistake and climb over, its easy to misclick the food trough. Adding a uniformed mobile menu for managing all pens, animals, food, animal buyers, and shop would be majorly helpful.

Animals and Pens Size Classifications Adjustment
This is to rebalance things a little easier and more flexible and also it doesn’t quite make sense that sheep can go in a medium pen but not in a large pen etc.
Small - No Change
Medium - Mediums animals can now be placed in Large Pens; up to 4 in each. Medium animals must still be in medium pens to activate the perks.
Large - Large animals can now have up to 4 animals in each large pen to match the breeding pen limit. However, dragons will be reclassified as ‘extra large’ animals. The reason for this is because cows and yaks have a lower xp rate top tier of medium pens so it shouldn't affect things too much and makes breeding easier for these animals.
Extra Large - Only Dragons fit this category and will remain the same as the current system so only 3 at a time can be within each large pen.
Dungeon Animals - Special class of dangerous beasts that can only be kept in the dungeon farm pens at 3 at a time.
Buyers Refresh Everyday
I’m not sure why an arbitrary limit was put on selling animals to buyers but what is extremely frustrating is having to wait 3 days for a cow buyer to only be able to sell 6 each time. This desperately needs adjusting to refresh every day. It shouldn’t negatively affect things to allow peoples to sell every day because animals like cows don’t sell for much anyway and yaks sell for less that zygomites but breed a little faster, and dragons don’t breed quick enough for this to make a difference for them.

Breeds: Swamp, Barker, Black, Flaming(shiny)
Produce: Toad's legs (Swamp only), Swamp Tar (Black only), Spirit Shards (Barker only), Fire Talismans (Flaming only)
Notes: Requires a ‘Pond’ in the construction hotspot.
Breeds: Common, Dashing, Dark, Polar, Prickly, Razor-backed, Sabre-toothed, Chocolate(shiny)
Produce: Various kebbit furs(Common, Dashing, Dark, Polar), Kebbit spikes (Prickly), Long Kebbit spike (Razor), Kebbit teeth (Sabre-toothed), Chocolate dust (Chocolate only)
