Not ever heard of this, but the fact everything is crashing is due to the mass majority of people swapping their bank from rs3 to osrs..

Fact? any documentation on that or any source? a couple people doesnt count, i can see people move to osrs cuz of the open beta on mobile sure; but mass swapping? i have my doubts about that also how could that be the reason things devaluate? its not like swapping takes money out of the game it just transfers to others and gets redistribuated, a simplified answer why everything 'crashes' or 'rises' is suply and demand.
people swapping might have some influence on the demand however the gold is not gone so demand can instantly come back if the gold goes to the person that wants the specific item

When people they're leaving to 07 have discontinued items etc and sell them, they don't care about the price compared to those merching right? Sell lower, mass people selling lower = people panic sell thinking they're dropping = discontinued items drop? Works the same with normal gear too. Plenty of people sell their gear to get cash to swap to 07, more items coming into the market, people insta selling and people panic selling due to price drops. Works the exact same..

Will items regain their price? Sadly I bought sgb for 1024m and im losing like 350m+ seeing its current price. Seriously im puzzled and looking for a solution.

Should expect to lose money on weapons tbh, you make the money from using them to cover the loss.. Lost 300m on the SGB I owned, used it and made 500m in the process. Use the gear to make your money, don't ever think about the loss on the item, it's not a merch it's a item to make money surely? ^_^
