I was having a lot of interference in game play so I listed the complaints here in the combat council.
Instead of addressing any problems I was locked out for nearly 2 weeks.
There is someone who has such close control over the game and players that I feel that my issues are some in the company. Despite all that I have done, they prevail.
There must be someone else monitoring this who can find and fix it.
I just came back today. the new password was rejected and I'm locked out of the bank.
Please stop this person (s). The game isn't worth paying for or playing while people like this can do what has been being done to my account

Jagex is a business like any other they want to grow their clients. Surely allowing interference in a players game would be frowned upon.
In my case it has been more than 10 years (i stopped for a while) with referrals to it. that I have played this game and now I'm being thwarted at every aspect of the game.
This is being done by some one who can lock your player in place and allow several combatants (in a one to one area) converge on you until you're dead.
Stop the present event from functioning for you.
I'm asking that someone in Jagex find and finished the persons responsible for this.

Thank you. I have been using authenticate for the last several years . I also was using an authenticate bank type pin. It didn't stop the intruder.
I cancelled that and placed a new pin which doesn't work.

You can change the linked email address in account settings if that's what you're referring to.

I do recommend creating a new one that's soley dedicated for RuneScape use and setup 2-Step verification again.
