Just saying, but visited doesn't mean they acuallty got the help they needed. It just indicates page-views.

Their support center is crappy. It doesn't give any actual information, it is a nightmare to navigate, (pages randomly hyperlinking to other pages), and it doesn't give you a proper way to contact actual support staff for things.

Keeping this short. Our Player Support team are always looking to improve, do you have examples of pages with no information, or pages 'randomly' linking to others when they shouldn't, as I'm sure they'd like to resolve those as soon as possible.

As for a big 'contact us' button on the Support homepage, that would hark back to the days when it took us 3 weeks to get back in touch only to give you a link to the password reset page, since we'd have to navigate through 500 queries from players which aren't actually Support questions "How do I get 500 air runes for X quest". In the majority of cases the self-help articles have been proven to be much more effective and immediate in solving our players problems.

I would direct your attention to the support teams stats for the past week.

Also assuming you mean 'Colonello' couldn't see that video.
