Hey Obi,

Is there something in particular you'd like to see change on the website? We're constantly improving the website and in the last week or so launched 6 large updates as well as several behind the scenes changes that were necessary.

Is that 6 large updates to the website? If so you've kept awfully silent about them. I'm sure the users of this forum would be really interested to hear what you've been up to.

Well keeping things short, we updated the Old School mobile page to add the news, the status of the games on their respective mobile stores and fixed some long standing issues. We also upgraded (site wide) our JQuery version, allowing us to resolve some vulnerabilities and keep our tech stack up to date. Yesterday we updated our Twitch connection / drops flow, this was due to several longstanding issues we've as yet been unable to resolve and a few others that we're not yet ready to shout about and some we can't shout about as they relate to security issues.

Our focus as a team is exclusively on the mobile project and improving the most effective areas for mobile, and we're excited for the updates we have yet to come. Updates there are much less exciting but much more important, while being things until they're released we can't really talk about for contractual reasons.

Hmm. Let's see.

1) Make the Players Gallery stuff accessible on the website again. You know, things like Postbag from the Hedge, God Letters, Art submissions. All those little community things you've done over the years.

2) Make it easier to access the Lores and Histories. Currently the only way to access them is through this little link in this lonesome thread in the Lores section of the Forums.

3) Make it so it's easier to access the Drop Rates section of the website. You have it, so it should probably be easier to access than needing a random bookmark, right?

4) Fix broken links. You still have tons of things linking to the wiki that you removed. For example, on the Game Info page which you get to by clicking the Game Guide button at the top of the page, the "Read More" buttons on the Combat and World sections redirect to the Support section of the website. You have a Combat section available from the top bar. So why does the "Read More" button for the Combat section redirect to the Support site, rather than the Combat guide? Kind of makes the site look shabby, you know?

5) Also, would be nice if we could download wallpapers from your website, instead of having to go offsite to the Flickr page, like it used to be in the old days. Flickr is a nightmare to navigate, and anything that makes people want to come to your website, instead of some off-site social media platform, sounds like it would be a plus.

1) Those being accessible on the website is a Community Management thing, which I believe they still do. The most recent being the Solak Player Gallery winners in the RunePass - Ocean's Bounty newspost

2 / 3) Links in the main navigation are limited to the most useful and high traffic areas of the site, if we add too many options it becomes cluttered and no-one can find what they want. There is much more reason for a new player to want to find the News, as opposed to /drop-rates for example.

4) I agree, I've raised this issue with the Project Manager for the website and offered to change them in my spare time but there's just so many other things to be working on.

5) Again, something for our Community Management / Social Media teams.
