Fix Date on Avatar Name

I was now told to try here.

Some how my date changed from 2003 to 2012 this past January. I have never had break in play. I have played almost ever day since RS started, including the free time. I sent in a ticket and did get a rapid response. They confirmed no break in service and that forums are not tied to game so it has to be addressed by personnel running forums. Who? I take great pride of playing game since it almost begin.

To say one more time; Never lapse in payment and played almost ever day. One day mid January 2018, I log in and date changed from 2003 to 2012.

That does't explain why it went from 2003 to 2012 in the year 2018 though, does it? If it had actually lapsed, then wouldn't it now be showing 2018, and not 2012, seeing as it changed this year?

Can people not read anymore. Never been a break in payment, service, etc... Played almost every day for last 16 years.

Already sent message to Jagex staff and they responded immediately and politely. Stated it was a forum issue and confirmed no break every in service.

I have moved to several forums by mods passing the buck. It is not even a big deal but now it is the principal.

Hey Madman,

This is because of the issues you contacted us about in January / February. Due to the 'break' a manual override was set which granted you the 2012 date under your avatar.

Unfortunately its not something we can resolve further, as we can't customarily set a date on our end.

Let it be known to all players that state Jagex never works or addresses player's issues. You may not get the result you seek or believe is correct but they do pay attention to the individual player. For that I am grateful.
