So I remember back in 2010, there was this thing you logged into on the runescape website and you got points. After you got enough you could use the points to solve the quest you were doing. I think it had a cooldown too. Anyone remember this and know what it was? I kinda miss this function on the website.

I don't know who told you that but there's no Quest to be found linked to Website whatsoever.

Quest points, often abbreviated as QP, are given to players after they complete quests. They are a measure of their completion of quests in RuneScape.

I honestly still thought this was a part of the website until very recently. Turns out it was used sparsely and since it wasn't updated with info from new quests as quickly as we like became a nightmare to manage.

It was a nice little feature, although I think the Wiki and other sources have a much better grasp on this sort of guide :)

Years ago, the website had a feature called QuestHelp which provided answers to quests you were stuck on. It would check which quests you'd started and how far you'd got, then give you a hint about what to do next.

But yes, the Wiki made it pretty much redundant.
Thanks for explaining. :D

I can't imagine coding in new quests was much fun either, since it needed to cover every step and every possible problem.

The Wiki made it pretty much redundant and it vanished many years ago.
