From what I have read on Wiki and other sites the max herbs that you can collect is 61. I have 100% approval and over a mil in the coffers. So I was thinking I should be getting 61 herbs per day. I am only getting 40 each day. I rake weeds every day to maintain my 100% and they pull 50K out of the coffers but I only get 40 herbs. Is Wiki wrong or is their something that I'm missing?
This line from the wiki might explain it. This table assumes you've completed both Throne of Miscellania and Royal Trouble; completing only Throne of Miscellania will yield significantly fewer resources, and it's therefore recommended you make any and all efforts toward completing both quests.Stop being a entitled snowflake. If you want something in game, earn it rather than demand it be given to you.
This is the wiki part that I was talking about. 10 people with a 50k withdrawal at 100% favor should produce 61 herbs, Unless I'm missing something.
The table below indicates the maximum daily reward for each resource. It assumes 10 workers on the tasks with an approval rating at 100% and with sufficient funds in the coffers to support the workers at 100%, which is 50,000 coins per day with one quest or 75,000 coins per day with both quests. Ten workers produce essentially the same amount at full capacity independent of the number of quests completed.
I realize that by completing the 2nd quest I will have 5 additional works that can work on something else. But the 10 workers on herbs should produce 61 herbs. My question is are the only factors: 100% favor, 50k in the coffer, and 10 people working, to get 61 herbs? or are their other factors that I am missing.
I assume that I am missing something, it can't be a bug that only effects me, so I have to be missing something but I can't figure out what that is.

IF you think it is a bug report it in game. I don't know for a fact. I did the second quest right after it on osrs and on rs3, it had been a long time since I did it without the second quest.Stop being a entitled snowflake. If you want something in game, earn it rather than demand it be given to you.
I think its more likely completing Royal Trouble increases workers by 50% and also increases productivity per worker by 50%.
I quote from the wiki "For example (not relating to the picture), a player with 10 subjects on maple woodcutting with 100% approval rating will get 595 maple logs and 5 bird's nests with completion of Throne of Miscellania only and 892 maple logs and 8 bird's nests with completion of Throne of Miscellania and Royal Trouble."
This implies a 50% increase per worker in addition to the extra workers.
I do recall from years ago that completing Royal trouble made a huge difference to the economics of doing the Kingdom daily. Before Royal trouble it was not really worth the effort.
