1)You want to add new transport sysem on f2p, i would say you could rework canoe system wich is actually pretty dead, player should be able to use it without axe in inventory also(it could be animated that you picking up axe from the ground).Point 2) brand new players should gain some kind of run energy potions but better ones. Maybe one dose keeps your energy full for an hour, and you getting one or two potions while you finish tutorial island. (Untradeables).
3)We could offer also one day membership bonds for players who achive some specific requiments like all f2p quests or new mini quest with some decent requiments. 4) No to agility on f2p.

I never had any problems with getting around because, as a returning player, I knew teletabs existed. I wouldn't have anything against the novice quests like Cook's Assistant, Pirate's Treasure and X Marks The Spot rewarding a handful of teletabs each.

Cook's Assistant = 10 lumbridge teletabs
Knight's Sword = 10 falador teletabs

And so forth. If they were somehow mortified of the economic impact of an extra roughly 5k value added to a handful of quests (lol) they could be untradable variants.

If new players were aware of the cheap teleport jewelry, teleport tabs, the chronicle, and home teleport, I don't think they'd have any trouble getting around. Perhaps a transportation tutorial NPC in Lumbridge could assist.
Headcanon Haven, where everything is made up and the points don't matter.

These are all excellent ideas.

I honestly think there is a contingent of devious RS3 players who have accounts on OSRS and throw polls/make troll forum posts in order to give Jagex the impression that OSRS players want to duplicate RS3 because every time a concept is proposed it is almost always a duplicate of the bad ideas from RS3 ie. Trade limit, Gravestones, Lodestones, toolbelt, etc. Its getting ridiculous.

Even now there is a post asking for the trade limit, and my own post warning against a teleport system was derailed by trolls telling me to "Get the **** over it".

Very cool, preservation and giving them the knowledge to route themselves properly. I think this truly is the appropriate answer, f*** another transport system, this is supposed to be OSRS.

So what it comes down to is how are adressing this issue without changing the Nostalgic-earlygame-experience wich is an important part of the entire gamplay experience. I dont think we should implement rather "unnatural" Transportationsystems, wich dont have too much to do with the original gameplay. In my Opinion a healthy and really easy solution is making Teleother-spells F2p and releasing a Varrock Teleother. High lvl Players who already Roam around F2p Areas to connect with the Upcoming Generation of new Players, would have an interesting new Job: The Teleporter. Similar to selling Venge was a Nostalgic and unique way of Offering Service and getting in real interaction with eachother. It would create a Player-driven Economical System, in wich players will meet at popular spots and offer Teleportations. Making the World more alive and appear with a sense of an actual Community is in my opinion a great idea. And im Sure Higher lvl players dont mind if they get payed with a steel Battleaxe.
