Boost your Dungeoneering looks and prowess with 4 outfits (that combine into one awesome outfit) - all themed after the floors of Daemonheim.

Pick up the pieces from 12th October at 00:00 UTC until 17th October at 23:59 UTC in Treasure Hunter.

Be sure to check out the feature list and explanation below for all the info you need.

Gorajan Trailblazer

How do the outfits work?

Due to the specifics of Dungeoneering there are quite a few unique ways in which these outfits work. Here’s all you need to know:

  • Having all the pieces of either the Frozen, Furnished, Abandoned or Occult outfits will grant you all the Dungeoneering benefits listed below as “Low-Tier Benefits”.

  • Combining pieces of these outfits will create pieces of the Warped outfit. Having the complete Warped outfit will give you all the benefits listed below as “High-tier Benefits”.

  • You can also get the “Low-tier benefits” by having pieces of one of the outfits and some pieces of the Warped outfit.

  • You don’t actually need to wearing one of these outfits to receive most of the benefits that you qualify for – simply having enough outfit pieces on your account is all that matters. Mix and match outfit pieces to pick the look you want and still get the benefits you have unlocked.

  • The only exception to this is to get the "High-tier" Dungeoneering reward shop discounts. As this is outside of Daemonheim, you will need to be wearing one of the outfits when you approach the store.

  • In addition to the outfit item pieces, you will get pure cosmetic overrides too so you can look like a Gorajan Trailblazer wherever you go. Please note that these cosmetics will be in your wardrobe as individual pieces and not as a “full outfit” – bear this in mind when looking for them.

Additional Information

  • The days that outfits will be available are as follows:

    • Day 1 – Frozen

    • Day 2 – Furnished

    • Day 3 – Abandoned

    • Day 4 - Occult

    • Day 5 – all outfits

    • Day 6 – all outfits

  • You can set up your default Dungeoneering outfit appearance via a right-click option on each individual piece. You can also chat to the Dungeoneering tutor about this. This allows you to customise how you will look when you enter a dungeon or sinkhole, giving you the option to mix up all 4 outfits into the ultimate look. Note – this will not affect your qualification for either low or high-tier benefits as these are solely tied to having the necessary pieces on your account.

  • If you change your appearance whilst in Daemonheim from one of these outfits to something else via the Wardrobe interface, the changes will not be remembered when you leave. You will go back to how you looked when you entered.

Low-tier Benefits

  • 5% XP boost to all skills within Dungeoneering (including the final XP drop of experience itself)

  • 5% reduced depletion on skilling nodes

  • 3 additional sinkhole teleports a day

  • “Ice walking boots” - this passive benefit stops you slipping on ice within frozen floors

  • 10% chance of not using up a lock melter

High-tier Benefits

  • 7% XP boost to all skills within Dungeoneering (including the final XP drop of experience it self)

  • 7% reduced depletion on skilling nodes

  • 3 additional sinkhole teleports a day

  • “Ice walking boots” - this passive benefit stops you slipping on ice within frozen floors

  • 7% damage boost to all combat in DG

  • Increased spawn rate of rare Slayer creatures

  • Puzzle room skips (1 per floor, unlimited uses per day - take that ferrets!)

  • 7% discount on rewards shop and floor prestiging (You have to be wearing the full warped set for this to work.)

  • 20% chance of not using up a lock melter

  • +3 level skill boost to the following skills while inside a dungeon:

    • Ranged, Attack, Strength, Defence, Constitution, Agility, Cooking, Crafting, Farming, Firemaking, Fishing, Fletching, Herblore, Hunter, Magic, Prayer, Slayer, Thieving, Construction, Runecrafting, Woodcutting, Divination.

  • 10% additional experience from all lamps within sinkholes.

Phew, that should cover it! We hope you enjoy this promotion. As always, let us know what you think over on the forums.

What is Treasure Hunter?

Treasure Hunter is playable from within RuneScape, allowing players to use Keys to claim in-game items as prizes. These range from useful resources to rare weapons and exclusive gear.

Playing Treasure Hunter is simple - click the treasure chest icon that pops up when you log in. If you've not played before, just follow the on-screen guide.

Everyone gets at least one Key per day, and RuneScape members get two. You can earn more Keys while playing the game, or stock up by redeeming Bonds.

If you'd like more, you can also buy Keys on the website, or by clicking 'Buy Keys' within the Treasure Hunter interface in-game.

This "high tier" shit is so ridiculously OP I can't believe even the morons on your MTX team would think this is a good idea. Once you go NXT, you never go back.

Looks pretty cool :)

When does this promotion start as it says it's for 6 days rather than the usual 5?

Also roughly how many keys does it take to get the full outfit? I've got about 300 so I'm hoping it won't take more than 500, even though it's a very useful and cool looking outfit!

most xp related elite sets only have 3 not 4 to combine for a master set.

I'm guessing they want 2 full days of both sets on th.

I want one of the 3 sets in the center at least, but since free override versions are on offer I may have to go for all.

I'm guessing this means we can't trade them 1 to 1 though...

sad theres no 1 click wear all. that kills the cosmetic usability of it some what.
Lost Woods numba 1, (NOT EE, Those scrubs are liars ;p)

Hey War Tortoise,

They are indeed 1 to 1 tradable. This is the reason why they're not under "full set" on the wardrobe.
You could have the override for the frozen head active, and then trade it, so your appearance and the wardrobe and all sorts of other things have to update during that trade. That makes it very inefficient to track full sets for the wardrobe.

Hopefully you can get the setup you want and save it in a preset =)

Because screw dungeoneering, one of the last places where you couldn't really pay real money for a gross advantage. (Well, in the skill leveling sure, not in the dungeons themselves).

Just go ahead and put port crafting resources and instant quest completion tokens on there too while you're at it. Finish it off.

Watch, I'm going to go try and find groups for speedrunning frozen floors and I'll get kicked when they find out I don't have the ice boots. Screw you.
Headcanon Haven, where everything is made up and the points don't matter.
