That sounds like maybe somebody else has managed to gain access to your account details. They boot you off your account then get on it and trade everything away.
Do a full system scan to check for keyloggers/ other virususes, then change your account details. Password, Registered email, make sure you have authenticator set up on both your email and RS account, the works.Why no game balance in RS3 Jagex || VN discussion Thread

Please follow all the advice linked by ToP BaSS. You have a gap in your security somewhere, so you need to make sure your PC, email account(s) and Runescape account are all secure.
Just enabling Authenticator on your Runescape account is no good if your email account is insecure.
