I recently purchased 5 bonds like the dirty scrub that I am. This cost me £20 of real money; this is visible on my Google play account which I purchased it through. I can confirm that the money has been taken out of my account - NOT PENDING - A SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION. I purchased these on the 10th July and have yet to receive them. I have tried contacting Jagex via email, twitter and this is my last resort seeing as the company has no customer support number.

I am absolutely appalled at Jagex, I am trying to PAY FOR MICROTRANSACTIONS and I have been scammed by the company.

I am furious.

Sort it out Jagex.

You sometimes have to 'pick up' a purchase made via the Play Store.

If you have more than one Runescape account, then check that the purchase was made on the correct account.

I have been through everything online, Google play store is showing as purchased, bank account is showing as purchased, just no mail to say payment received or bonds available in game. If my money is gone, and its gone through the Google play store - where are my bonds?

Again Frost, I have been through ALL of the online material. Yes I purchased in the correct game, yes I have checked old school, no I don't have any other accounts, yes the money is gone and no the bonds aren't there.

Ok, raise a payment support ticket using the Contact us button on this page:
Refunds

Answer 'No', then 'Jagex', then 'Request a refund' and fill in the form. I suggest you pick 'Item transfer' from the drop down list. Explain the issue in the large 'Description' box at the bottom of the form.
