Hi all. I have literally never clicked any website ever, only played on mobile... there is currently someone playing on my account. I’m really disappointed. I was just getting back in to rs... it’s only been a few weeks. I have been botted. Help me

Well, I guess there exists an account recover. That*s what I used, and I logged in to 20,000 flax with all my money gone. Whatever, what a loser would hijack my 2 week old account. Karma’s gonna be a **!**. I have been botted. Help me

I am guessing that you are new to the forums, given that you don't have a lot of posts, and you are likely not aware of some of the forum protocols.

MoMmaV - You already have a thread in Account Help, please see the responses left in your thread. Don't just go into someone else's thread and ask for help.

This is complete BS, my account with the user name Purepker0o0 was hacked and they started to bot on it then once I changed all my log in info and also got a Authenticator and everything you guys banned my account. I tried to appeal it and nothing happened. How can you guys not put two and two together and see that they used a different IP address than my own and not be able to see that I was hacked it doesn’t take a genius to do so. I want my account back or a full refund of all my purchases I’ve made on it because on another form it was that the appeal process is for people who have been hacked and I’m getting screwed over. I have picture proof that it wasn’t me, do your jobs for once and help the community.

It is not possible to change the login of a Runescape account.
If you used a different login, you would have accessed a different account.

Are you certain you logged in with the correct login?
If you did and you found the account banned then the only way to appeal is via the Account Bans support page.
Make sure you enter the login correctly on the ban appeal form.

It will take Jagex up to 28 days to review your appeal, it might be a lot sooner if the queue is short.
While you wait you should review your security to make sure the hijacker cannot return.
