My idea was very much around clues. But honestly with the rapid and optimized gameplay it feels like the character is crawling along sometimes.
for example...when I tele to monastery south of ardy to run to west ardy doing a clue i can click to that area and when I land on the ground my dude runs super fast for like 3 seconds until he slows back down again. Those 3 seconds are sooooo sweet it makes me want to run faster getting tedious distances done faster.
Of course I don't support it in particularly dangerous areas or wildy, just for errand type of stuff instead of running all over really slow.
