If he continues his current activity action will be taken against him. For awhile it was only you whohad a problem with their motives, but now its actually starting to get out of hand.

I worked things out with Since1980: 1) explained the new system of constructing the pc ranges 2) modified the language to include views of the Motherland. Any help is greatly appreciated 3) the price ranges I gave previously are not based 100% off reports within the same day but sometimes previous days because I miss things some times given the level of spam on v28. If you see something wrong, please point it out so I can adjust the ranges instead of resorting to player-bashing.
If you are willing to chuck your most precious possessions like phats because someone said words like crashing/dying/quitting and then find yourself unable to rebuy for what you sold for, then you don't deserve to own a phat.

I recently added some1 on our kos list after I had several and major conflicts with some of his reports on discontinued item status v28 thread. All my conflicts were for items under max cash traded in ge and mostly on bsh.
After I had a long conversation with him he said that these updates were more like his opinion of where prices should be and not actual trades reported.Im always talking about bsh and other ge items and not about phat/cracker ranges.
He should have stated that and made it clear in his post which he didnt, so at that point I consider my actions totally justified. He specifically posted that the prices posted on there were from r quark/his own updates/other sources without naming them.Didn't state that there weren't actual trades that took place in ge as he should have done in the first place and that it was his opinion.
By all means I would never add a player on kos just for stating his opinion whether I like it or not.Only did it cause i had conflicts with his pcs.

Anyway, if he would like to clarify with a post as he did via pm what he meant on those posts on disc item status v28 I believe that he deserves another chance in the fc.
After talking to him I understood he's nothing like previous ppl who tried to manipulate and mislead the community with fake lists on forums.
I believe the whole thing might have been a big misunderstanding in which he is to blame himself.

I made certain changes to the newest list posting. I hope the language is satisfactory.

Ok. I talked to Trips and he confirmed that if a range trade occurs between a FC rank and a player that is KOS in the FC, and the KOS player confirms, under the current rules the trade is confirmed and is used in the next range determination.

This seems to be a discrepancy to me. If the rank’s trade can’t be used without a confirmation, why does a KOS player’s confirmation count? Above trips stated: “Lurers and scammers inhumanely get their rares, so they aren't afraid to dump for prices the average person can't buy at. Most trolls and manips can't be taken seriously so why should their updates be trusted?”

So if their prices aren’t representative and/or they can*t be trusted and their updates for all other items are rejected, why is the FC letting their confirmation count for anything on a range trade? It just doesn’t make sense.

Edit: It appears that this rule is an artifact from when ranks did not need confirmation. Let me put it this way. You are essentially saying sorry rank, we don't trust you enough to accept your range trade without confirmation, but if you can get someone from our KOS list who we don't trust at all to confirm that, we'll accept it.

You can get KOS for just providing evidence of some ranks maniping. They tell you to report to admins, but nothing ever happens: those ranks who are guilty of maniping just get a warning and those who report them get KOS. I even screenshotted the official reason by admin for me getting KOS: for accusing some ranks of maniping.

You can get be a saint and still get KOS if you object to R quark policy.

Look at how many times Martin Luther King, Jr. got thrown into jail for standing up against injustice and corruption.

I tried to get said person deranked but Miss NYC felt this person had legit reasons against the accusations so she decided to do nothing.

Also asked that you stop generalizing your comments but that seemed to not work. Unfortunately I had to take extra precaution

You complain about generalizing? Read next post.

1) Can't be specific and not generalize when forum rules don't permit people to get to specifics.
2) Reputation of the WHOLE group is tarnished when the group includes BAD APPLES and the group ends up doing nothing about THEM BAD APPLES.
3)Instead of KOSing people like me who bring to you legitimate complaints based on transcripts of screenshotted hard evidence, start CLEANING house.

It's often too hard to prekick spam attacks though because they don't have a set order and if they are already banned they'll just make new accounts.

Perhaps you could prevent spam attacks by getting rid of the bureaucracy and treating everyone fairly?

You notice the biggest criticisms typically have nothing to do with money or the market.

A Winter Holidays Letter to R Quark from the Desk of the Motherland:

Greetings from the Motherland everyone.

I spoke with 'trips' today regarding a restoration of friendly relations between the the Motherland and R Quark. The reason is simple: old woes over saltiness and raucous dialogue sparked by one unfortunate outcome of a rank who was deranked and reinstated should not be a permanent source of strife and tension. The recent past has shown that peace and harmony is possible. That getting along is possible. Since I have no intention of getting involved in chatroom politics in the future, I wouldn't revisit the controversy surrounding the said rank, especially as I'm done with large-scale merching. The recognized names below are as I'm sure just a small sample of the good people who trade rares and who sometimes have in the past unjustly born the stain of the few acting irresponsibly.

For some of us, it has been a rough year, both on RS and in real life. Why not end it on a happy note with Christmas coming later this week and 2016 just days away?

Kind regards and happy holidays,

-The Motherland.

Endorsed by the following active ranks (pm me in game if I missed your name):

Wardje

Direx

Godekloot

Barrows dye

Kasiaka***v

Wideoldman

K magus (veteran smiley)
