Glad to hear that you guys are reworking customer support. I thought I was the only one who had problems recovering lost or stolen accounts. I mean, this is a really bad indication of your lack of professionalism, for lack of a better word.

I sometimes fantasize about how I'd react if a client for the business/corporation I worked for messaged me on twitter or reddit about their sensitive account information. I guess its good there isn't one of those lame "customer service surveys" they seem to have at every business, be it a storefront or online here in the States. You guys got like the BBB or something over there because I could imagine your scores can't be acceptable from JAGEX's point of view.

As far as "fixing old content" I think it'd be nice for the community to have a bit more clarification on "content" and "old".

Anyways, sorry if this comes off super negative, I just feel bad for the little guy trying to post memes but because he/she chose a certain line of work they are bombarded by kids with bare minimum social and grammar skills.

What I want to know is what is being done with wrongful perm bans and or hacked accounts that have been botted. I have tried to find some way to appeal or get information on the evidence my first main in osrs was banned, but all that is given is the evidence of ban is botting/macroing. I have never used a macro or botting program in my life and I always love to report every bot train I see. How will this be combatted? And how will we have justice for our wrongful bans? It seems very unfair to me that there is not even an option to appeal a bot ban, because lets be honest, any true botter cares none at all to appeal for one of their bots to be banned as they can just run it right through tutorial island and straight into it in a matter of minutes. Any information regarding what plans are to be put in place to reintroduce fairness in that section of the game would be appreciated. Every person should have an opportunity to stand before their accuser and see the evidence in place, be it time logs, data logs, chat logs. Thank you.

That's a shocker coming from you guys lmao.

Updates scare me as there's been a previous tendency to ruin stuff. I'm actually concerned for the DMM updates, because it's the only thing I get on for these days, so hopefully that doesn't ruin it. We'll see I guess. It's sad how every update feels like a coin flip with this game.

Yeah; DMM is very fun, and tournaments are great fun. Here's my complaint -

I would like my account enabled again. Rs3 maxed and near 1 billionXP. OsRs near 2k total lvl and almost Uri emote and nearly quest cape. My touch screen laptop came in handy for a thieving grind and got me banned, unfortunately. It's asking a lot but can you blame me? note, this isn't the account.

I have played this format of the game since it was released back in 04... I really don't think scammers scare away the newcomers. Anybody who has a sound mind would clearly learn from scammers and learn not to trust these people. But botters on the other hand plummet the market with the introduction of the GE. Before the GE was a thing, botters would have to sell their stock player to player, thus not having much of an impact. But seeing as now they can dump all their resources in a market and drop the prices for people who truly spend the hours and hours of time it takes to get these good drops or stacks of resources, makes it very unappealing for newcomers, it becomes a chore for all of us to make any money legitimately at lower combat levels. Cowhides, a very good resource, has plummeted since the take over of bots. Now it is much harder for those f2p newbies to make their bond.

I'm happy to hear that Jagex is looking into the ability to reach Support. I'd say that in the many years I've known & played Runescape, it has never been easy to get a hold of Jagex for account support. The easiest was by the forums, but for the longest time that was Members Only. This is definitely an area that has needed improvement.

As for polling, I didn't even know that was a thing. So I can chalk that up to my own ignorance. But I'm glad that the team is so involved in hearing feedback from the community. If only other developers were as involved!

Please fix the recovery system soon.

Surely you wouldn't let someone recover an account that is played almost daily, claiming they've lost their authenticator AND forgotten their password AND lost access to their email... Surely you wouldn't let someone do all this then just remove the authenticator from their own e-mail as if it never existed RIGHT?
