You should be able to see a record of the last three months of payments you have made in your 'Messages' tab in account management. Check your payment confirmation messages to confirm the last payment date and the membership time bought. Even redeeming a Bond bought in-game will show a confirmation message if it was redeemed for membership.
Did you buy the Bond with real world money or with in-game gp?
