At Telos, I am finding that the cooldowns do not display correctly. Damage abilities show that they have no cooldown left, and are ready to use, yet refuse to fire off until the true cooldown is over.

I want to mention that I was using an augmented seismic wand the entire time.

ok time to render my verdict.


first off i wana point out (again) that spell effects arnt working in the dungenering spellbook [assuming its because its a seperate book]


pick: lost damage stat during m&s dework. just want that back

dagger: good

claws: like it, fits much better here

shortsword: interesting effect and kinda fits. doubt ill ever use it thou

mace: not as op as before but id still rather see something like restoring prayer points with a max hit. because there are plenty of items that give both prayer bonuses and damage bonuses.
also, are verac's flail and Akrisae's war mace considered maces?

scimitar: like the effect but i think it would fit better on battleaxes or 2h swords.

longsword: sounds good.... but i cant tell if it works as i never seem to miss. maby replace it with something noticeable (like the 2h swords heal effect wich imho is op there)

warhammer: seems op. maby it shouldent hit 100% of its origin. and i dont like that its the only effect that requires an offhand. how about mainhand does 50% to surrounding targets and 75% with offhand.
also, is Torag's hammer a hammer or a maul?

battleaxe: does nothing for legacy mode-fail.(see scimitar) shame as its always been my favorite weapon.
also, are 2h greataxes cosidered battleaxes?

2h sword: still say big powerfull sword that heals based on the damage it inflicts is op. and also dosent fit the weapon.

spear: still does nothing in legacy-fail. simply add a chance to trigger bleed effect on autoattaks(but not d.o.c. ability thngermabobs) and we good

hasta: does nothing in legacy-fail

maul: good, but you missed the gadderhammer

rapier: does nothing in legacy-fail

whip: missed something :-P

shortbow: counterintuitive, who's gona run right up to you and shoot an arrow at you?

shieldbow: still does nothing in legacy-fail

longbows: dont exist! *hint hint*

crossbow: still does nothing in legacy-fail

2h crossbow: ok

darts: i like it

throwing knives: does nothing in legacy pluss gets nerfed.... double fail!

throwing axes: much better

javalins: waaaaay to op, reduce the damage to colateral targets(see warhammers)

chakram(aka throwing rings): missed, maby have a chance of ricocheting to other targets

staff: does nothing in legacy
wand: also does nothing in legacy-fail-fail

problem with orbs and books is it alternates each tier, make moar!

book: with the elemental spellbook they only work with fire spells(other 3 have 100% activation)... but i still like it

orb: works
