The elf series was ok overall, but overrated. Pretty good mechanically, though it also contains the single worst quest in the game in my opinion (MEP2). Plague's End was pretty anti-climactic, but TLW was a fantastic addition . It had great mechanics, an intriguing plot, and a great cast of characters.

The sea slug quests never really hooked me, and they relied too much on Jagex humor which isn't actually funny, so I wasn't as disappointed with SitW as most people were.

The void quests were solid. They had fun mechanics (I've always liked conquest) and it did a good job of bringing together characters from various backgrounds to work together toward a common goal. The Void Stares Back is by no means a masterpiece, but still one of the better quests in the game.

The Dorgeshuun series was great throughout. The Chosen Commander is one of my favorite quests in the game and it had, in my opinion, the single greatest quest antagonist to date in the form of Bandos. Unfortunately, TMF was a terrible quest following up on the absolutely terrible decision of killing Bandos. It did have potential, though, and could have been much better had Bandos survived and actually been involved. It also should have expanded more on some of the races involved that we don't know much about.

The fairy quests...meh. That's about all I have to say on that.

The Myreque series is my single favorite in the game. Most of the characters aren't exceptional (though Vanescula and Lowerniel are both fantastic), but the plot, tone, and environment were all gripping and fun. That said, RoB was incredibly disappointing, especially coming off the heels of LoV which was the best installment. RoB was anti-climactic, the ending was too light and optimistic, and there were too many loose ends that weren't properly tied up. I also would have preferred greater werewolf involvement, but the series was still great as is.

The dwarf quests were fine, but nothing exceptional. BotD definitely wasn't given enough time or resources, though I donít think it was AS bad as most people say.

The TzHaar series was fun, definitely a better look into their raceís culture than most. Iím not usually big on combat, but it was handled pretty well here.

The Bondue quests werenít particularly interesting. No standout characters, and Iíve never really cared about the corporeal beast.

The god series has been a roller coaster. It contains some of the greatest and some of the most disappointing quests in the game. The gods and their closest followers make up a cast of fantastic characters, most of the quests were good mechanically, and yet the overall direction was a massive waste of potential. The quests released this year were particularly poorly handled, though I enjoyed CoM despite certain things not living up to expectations. MPD was an incredible setup to a story with more potential than any other series weíve seen thus far, but it was implemented too early and ultimately derailed by later decisions. The series as a whole would have greatly benefitted from first doing standalone series for most of the major factions.
